Peach Kentucky Mule

A bourbon-based moscow mule made with homemade peach simple syrup

Ingredients:

Peach simple syrup

• 1 cup peaches, sliced (fresh or frozen)

• 1 cup water

• 1 cup sugar

Peach Kentucky Mule

• 2 ounces peach simple syrup

• 2 ounces bourbon

• 1 ounce lime juice

• Ginger beer

Directions:

For Peach Simple Syrup

1. In a saucepan pan, mix the peaches, sugar, and water together on low heat until the sugar dissolves.

2. Allow the mixture to cool and pour into a blender, and blend until smooth.

3. Strain liquid and store in the fridge until ready to use.

For Peach Kentucky Mule

1. In a cocktail shaker combine the simple syrup, bourbon, and lime juice, and shake until combined.

2. Pour into an ice-filled copper mug, top with ginger beer, and enjoy.
