A Sprinkle of Decadence was born from my love of food (I am a self-proclaimed foodie). My weakness is bread and just about any drink with bubbles. I’ve always enjoyed cooking, eating, and drinking, and I love to bake!
Baking is in my blood. My grandfather was known for his delicious sweet potato pies, birthday cakes, and homemade rolls. My mom learned from him and my mom taught me. Now I bake for my family during holidays and gatherings.
I started a cake baking business in high school, and in 2019 I decided to start a blog to share my dessert and cocktail recipes.
I love putting twists on classic recipes and pushing myself to try new ingredients and recipes. I hope to provide tips and share my process with home cooks and bakers.
Eventually, I hope to re-start my business, this time selling cupcakes and cocktails.
