A simple and refreshing blueberry mojito recipe made with Blueberry Reàl, Blueberry Puree Infused Syrup.
10-12 mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 ounces blueberry simple syrup (I used Blueberry Reàl, Blueberry Puree Infused Syrup)
2-4 ounces light rum
blueberries, fresh or frozen (optional)
In a glass, muddle the lime and mint.
Add the ice, simple syrup, and rum.
Top with club soda.
Optional: Muddle and/or top with blueberries.
