Coquito

A traditional Puerto Rican recipe that’s full of coconut, spice, and rum.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups dark rum

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add the milks, cream, spices, and rum. Blend until smooth and combined.

  2. Pour in a sealable pitcher and add the cinnamon sticks.

  3. Chill until ready to serve.
