Cheers to Friday, and my first fall cocktail of the year! I’m not a pumpkin spice latte fan, but I love chi tea in any season. This spiked chi tea latte is perfect for the cool crisp weather. The Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon pairs perfectly with the spiced chi tea making it a delicious treat hot and iced.
Chi Tea Mix
6 ounces Water
2 ounces Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon
Whipped Cream (optional)
Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Using a kettle, heat the water.
Add chi tea mix to hot water, stir until dissolved.
Add the Bailey’s to tea and stir.
Top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
