This Sparkling Rosemary Cocktail is a simple yet flavorful cocktail made with homemade rosemary simple syrup, perfect for the holidays.
1 ounce rosemary simple syrup
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Optional: Cranberries and Rosemary Sprigs for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add the rosemary simple syrup and lemon juice, and shake until combined.
Pour the mixture into a champagne flute, and add top with chilled champagne.
Garnish with the rosemary sprigs and/or cranberries, and enjoy!
