The simplicity of this recipe is the best part; you just need two ingredients- chocolate and cherries- and you've got the perfect dessert. While making these, I enjoyed just dipping the cherries in the chocolate and eating them before the chocolate cooled because they were that good.
4 ounces chocolate (bittersweet, semi-sweet, or white), chopped
1 pound cherries, washed and dried
Place the chocolate in either the microwave for 30-second intervals or a double boiler until completely melted.
Dip the cherries in the melted chocolate, removing any access chocolate, and place on parchment or wax paper to cool.
Once cooled, enjoy or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
