I‘ll take my hot chocolate as ice cream, please! This no-churn hot chocolate ice cream takes your idea of hot cocoa to the next level, making it the perfect winter treat. It’s Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food meets Hot Chocolate, with marshmallow cocoa goodness in every bite.
3 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
5- 1 1/4 ounce packets hot chocolate
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the hot chocolate powder, condensed milk, and vanilla until combined.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a loaf pan, and add a layer of marshmallow fluff and chocolate chunks. Repeat this until pan is full.
Top with additional marshmallow fluff and chocolate chunks.
Freeze for 8 hours.
