Pumpkin Spice and everything nice, these pumpkin spice snickerdoodle cookies are the perfect fall cookie. They’re soft and chewy with crispy edges, full of sugar and spice. The pumpkin spice seasoning adds the perfect twist to a classic snickerdoodle.
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice seasoning
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, pumpkin spice seasoning, and salt.
In a separate bowl, use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, and gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix together until combined. The dough will be thick.
In a small bowl mix the remaining sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice seasoning for the topping.
Form dough into balls, and roll the dough in the sugar mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
