I scream, you scream, we all scream for adult ice cream! No churn coffee ice cream filled with chocolate chunks and spiked with Irish Cream is just what you want with summer around the corner.
3 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
2 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup Irish Cream or Rum Cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, coffee, Irish Cream, and vanilla extract.
Fold in the condensed milk mixture with the whipped cream until combined.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a loaf pan, and add a layer of chocolate chunks. Repeat this until the pan is full.
Top with additional chocolate chunks.
Freeze for 8 hours.
