A delicious nutty and buttery twist on the classic shortbread cookie recipe
2 cups flour
1 cup brown butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar.
Add the vanilla, flour, and salt and mix until combined.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut cookies in desired shape.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
