Dark Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup special dark cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

  • 1/4 tsp espresso powder

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
