Whipped Chocolate Ganache

This rich and chocolatey frosting is super easy to make, using just two ingredients— chocolate and heavy cream.



Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

  • 8 ounces heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, warm the milk on low heat.

  2. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl, pour the warm milk onto the chocolate, and mix until combined.

  3. Allow the ganache to cool and use a mixer to mix the ganache until stiff peaks form.

  4. Place in fridge until ready to use and enjoy!
